Schools governance
Schools form part of the governance arrangements of the University. Each School has a governance document approved by the Academic Board, which sets out the constitution and membership of the School and its committees and boards. The School Board or equivalent, which exercises the powers and functions of the School and is responsible for the conduct of the School academic business, is a Standing Committee of the Academic Board.
